Plant Manager

Plant Manager – $140,000 to $175,000

Our client is building a next-gen digital flexible packaging operation and need a hands-on Plant Manager to lead daily production and help scale a high-performance facility.

This is a floor-first role, not a desk job, and you will be responsible for building out a production team.

What You’ll Own

• Daily production across digital printing, lamination, slitting & pouch converting
• Production scheduling, uptime, throughput, and waste reduction
• Real-time troubleshooting of equipment, materials, and labor
• Quality standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement
• Hiring, training, and leading operators and technicians
• Equipment health, PMs, and facility standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years manufacturing leadership (flexible packaging preferred)
• Digital print experience (HP Indigo, Xeikon, or similar)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and floor leadership
• Builder mindset; thrives in fast-growth environments
