GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Provides management and supervision related to direct report oversight of all plant staff and provides guidance in all aspects of daily plant operations. Ensures compliance with all safety, NERC and FERC related activities. Oversees the budgeting process and procurement of equipment, material, and services required for the operation and maintenance of the plant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus at least 8 years total related experience including 5 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
For positions based in Arkansas, an active Arkansas Boiler Operator/Boilers License may be required as a condition of employment. For positions based in other states, licensing requirements will follow applicable local and state regulations.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
