About the Company

We are searching for a Finance Manager for an Automotive Supplier in Elberton Georgia.

About the Role

Are you a finance manager with passion for problem solving who is seeking career growth with additional responsibility and team mentoring? In this role, you will work in partnership with their European corporate office, responsible for the Financial Management of multiple locations within the company as well as developing and implementing financial policies and practices which improve the organizations financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the reporting, reliability, and effective communication of monthly financial statements.
• Prepare and monitor weekly cash forecasting reports for companies.
• Approve cash disbursements of prompt payments to vendors and company obligations while maintaining cash objectives.
• Maintain accuracy of all financial ledgers, record keeping systems and reporting for all companies thru monthly review of reconciliations.
• Assist CO function in company’s planning processes and ensure timely and orderly completion.
• Analyze company’s cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to determine potential weak areas.
• Responsible for Cash Management/Treasury functions, ACH and Wires and Banking relationships.
• Ability to communicate and understand issues involved in and with Company Banking Partners, CPA’s, and taxing Authorities.

Qualifications

• BS Degree with any of the following: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, MBS
• Minimum five years within a senior management role within a manufacturing environment. (automotive preferred)
• SAP experience is a PLUS
