Accounting Manager – Manufacturing | Columbus, OH Metro (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Oversee all core accounting functions: GL, AP, AR, inventory, cash, accruals, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
Drive the month-end close and provide analysis/commentary on business drivers.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements; partner with external CPA firm.
Maintain strong internal controls and optimize use of SAP, Oracle or similar ERP.

What We’re Looking For:

Active or inactive CPA, CMA preferred.
MBA, MAcc preferred
Blend of public accounting + manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Experience in either corporate accounting, plant accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and operational finance/accounting.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor/develop a team.
U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (not eligible for sponsorship).

Compensation:

Base salary target: $100K–$130K (flexibility for the right candidate - just let me know what you need to consider the move).
Annual bonus eligibility.
