Planner/Scheduler

Job Title: Planner / Scheduler (Data Center Construction)

Location: Near Waco, Texas

Contract: 12-month contract (with potential extension and opportunity to go permanent)

Schedule: 40–60 hours per week

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support a large-scale data center construction project near Waco, Texas. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, with the ability to establish effective planning processes and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays
• Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with timelines
• Implement and improve scheduling processes and controls
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Planner / Scheduler on complex construction projects
• Experience in data center projects (preferred) or large industrial construction
• Primavera P6 experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a dynamic environment
