• Must be familiar with current statutes and laws relating to personal injury
• Intake - review cases
• Draft legal documents
• Medical record review
• Client communications
• Motion practice
• Trial experience not required, however, must be interested in going to trial
• Must be diligent, detail oriented and thorough
• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
