This role focuses on installing, fitting, and assembling a variety of piping systems with an emphasis on brazing and soldering copper pipe for HVAC applications. You will interpret blueprints, lay out and dry fit piping, and perform high-quality brazing, threading, and pipe welding to support VRV, VRF, and ductless HVAC systems in a commercial construction environment.

Work Environment
This position is based on a commercial jobsite located at 255 West 34th Street, working primarily daytime hours with a typical schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will work in an active construction environment using tools such as threading machines (including 300 machines), brazing and soldering equipment, and standard pipefitting tools. The role involves working in and around HVAC systems, copper piping, and mechanical rooms, often in areas that may be noisy, dusty, or confined, consistent with commercial construction conditions. Proper safety gear is required at all times in accordance with site and regulatory standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
