Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter Lead / Supervisor to oversee daily pipefitting operations, lead crews, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role is hands‑on and requires strong technical knowledge and leadership experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise pipefitters on industrial projects
  • Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities
  • Read and interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and blueprints
  • Perform and assist with layout, fit‑up, and installation of piping systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades
  • Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance
  • Train and mentor pipefitting team members

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial pipefitting experience
  • Previous lead, foreman, or supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pipe layouts, materials, and installation methods
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA safety knowledge required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments

Preferred

  • Journeyman Pipefitter or trade certification
  • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial construction

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.88 - $38.88/hr.
