Physical Therapist – Ortho & Outpatient – Seaside, OR


Compensation

  • Base salary: $96,283 – $149,448 (DOE)
  • Sign-on bonus: $15,000 (for eligible external hires and eligible rehires)
  • Potential for shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, premiums, and extra shift incentives

About the role: As a Physical Therapist at Seaside Hospital, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in an outpatient and/or hospital-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional independence
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals in a patient-centered, team-based environment
  • Serve a diverse patient population in a 25-bed critical access hospital offering primary/specialty care, surgery, and 24/7 emergency services

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire

Preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience (new grads with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in ortho, neuro, or outpatient settings
