Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description:

Georgia Home Health Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services that help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a PT
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Track and report patient progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Complete documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Georgia
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
