Pride Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Lawrence, MA 01841. This is a 13 weeks contract with a possible extension. Locals and Travelers accepted!!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform therapeutic procedures under physician orders and supervision of a licensed therapist, following established plans of care and all safety precautions.
  • Implement and progress treatment plans based on functional goals, while monitoring patient response and reporting any changes to the supervising therapist.
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to support treatment goals, provide education, and ensure proper use of assistive devices.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner per department and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in care team meetings, contribute to program development, and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols and keeping all required licenses and certifications current.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a PT Assistant.
  • Associate degree required PT Assistant.
  • MA state license as PT Assistant.
  • BLS certification.
  • Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.


Additional Information:

  • Location: Lawrence, MA 01841
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week – Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Local Pay: $40/hour – $47.10/hour
  • Travel weekly gross: $2,128
  • Hourly W2 (taxable): $18/hour
  • Weekly Stipends (Non - Taxable): $1408
