Position: Personalization Specialist

Compensation: $30 - $35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Personalization Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Personalization Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences across digital channels based on their shopping patterns and habits. You'll be responsible for enhancing the customer journey, recommending items, identifying patterns like cart abandonment, and enticing customers back to complete purchases. This position requires a data-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Enhance customer experience across digital channels
• Identify and analyze shopping patterns
• Recommend personalized items to customers
• Utilize Monetate and Listrak tools effectively
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Entice customers to complete abandoned purchases
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Communicate insights and findings clearly

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with digital personalization tools
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Monetate and Listrak
• Background in e-commerce or digital marketing
