PERSONALIZATION or INTERACTION STUDIO - We NEED this.
Core - campaing administration in Interaction Studio for campaigns in mobile banking.
Very important marketing channel.
The expanded skillset would be a key partner to marketing with processes around that.
Working with marketing partners, make sure they provided the info, clarifying requirements for a campaign, etc.
Small engineering team working in the tool to build the campaigns. They will set up campaigns and have it ready to go. They do the testing and then we deploy to productions.
Very hands on - we deployed last 2 years about 190 individual campaigns per year. There was intake, configuring campaign, creative, testing it, validating and deploying in production.
