Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Gathering and analyzing medical records related to personal injury cases.
2. Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.
3. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
5. Coordinating and managing the attorney's calendar, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
6. Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
2. A strong understanding and experience in handling medical records.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
