What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas.
• Seamlessly handling state and federal e-filings and conducting preliminary legal research.
• Manage discovery, including drafting responses to interrogatories and production requests
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to move cases forward

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a litigation environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management software (e.g., Needles, Clio, or TrialPad) is a plus.
• A Paralegal Certificate or degree is preferred, but your hands-on litigation experience is what matters most.
• You are a "superstar" organizer who tracks deadlines and maintains a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
