LHH Recruitment Solutions is representing a respected personal injury law firm in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to work one‑on‑one with a seasoned trial attorney. This is a fully onsite role ideal for a paralegal who wants meaningful trial exposure and the opportunity to be deeply involved in each case. This position offers direct collaboration with the trial attorney on all phases of litigation while being supported by a litigation assistant who manages medical records and billing. 🧾 What You Will Be Doing
🔹 Personal Injury Casework
• Draft and assemble demand letters and settlement packages
• Prepare pleadings such as complaints, answers, and discovery
• Assist with interrogatories, responses, and document production
• Draft professional correspondence to clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
🔹 Trial and Litigation Support
• Provide hands‑on assistance with trial preparation
• Organize exhibits, trial notebooks, and witness materials
• Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Handle electronic court filings at both the state and federal level
🔹 Case Management and Client Interaction
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and hearing schedules
• Enter time, track billing, and process case‑related expenses
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients
• Provide updates and collect needed information
• Assist clients with medical treatment coordination and documentation

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
• Experience supporting a trial attorney through active litigation
• Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and follow‑through
