Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Hybrid)


About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join its Fort Lauderdale team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on a variety of personal injury matters while providing exceptional support to clients throughout the litigation process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
  • Maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
  • Review and summarize medical records and case-related documentation
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit management and document organization
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely court filings
  • Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
  • Communicate regularly with Spanish-speaking clients and provide case updates
  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Personal Injury Paralegal experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong knowledge of Florida personal injury litigation procedures
  • Experience handling pre-suit and/or litigation files
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills



Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$70,000 – $85,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
