Our client, a boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm, seeks a Bilingual Spanish Intake Paralegal to join their Bronx NY office. Candidate must have at least 2+ years Personal Injury Litigation experience, Auto Accidents and Construction Personal Injury experience preferred and be fluent Bilingual in Spanish. Law firm experience required. Available for immediate hire.

Requirements

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury intake experience; Construction or Auto Accident experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Experience opening case files, interviewing potential clients. entering information in database, setting up doctor appointments, gathering and reviewing medical records, etc.
• Experience with SmartAdvocate database and plus!
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Candidates within easy commuting distance of the Bronx highly preferred
