A well-established and highly regarded plaintiff personal injury firm in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. The firm is known for its strong trial results, collaborative culture, and commitment to high-quality advocacy on behalf of its clients.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Handle written discovery, motion practice, and case strategy development
- Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate with other attorneys on case evaluation and litigation strategy
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of litigation experience preferred (flexible based on overall background)
- Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred, but not required
- Open to candidates with insurance defense backgrounds seeking to transition
- Strong deposition experience (20+ depositions preferred)
- Trial experience or meaningful exposure to trial preparation
- Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team-based structure
