Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Personal Injury Attorney, located in Greenwood Village, CO. The attorney will manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including building strong client relationships, providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients in court. The role requires collaboration with clients, paralegals, and other team members to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
· Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the Colorado Bar Association
· 3-5 years of experience representing clients in a law firm
· Prior litigation experience (Personal Injury preferred)
· Trial experience is a plus
· Medical Malpractice experience is a plus
· Strong motion practice, research, and writing skills
· Experience taking or defending depositions preferred
· Ability to independently manage a Pre-Litigation/Litigation caseload
· Strong negotiation, research and writing skills
· Client focused mindset with excellent communication skills
