Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our team on-site in Chicago, IL. The attorney will manage personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution, including client communication, legal research, preparation of legal documents, negotiation with opposing parties, and litigation or trial as needed. This role involves providing legal advice to clients, preparing for pre-trial and settlement proceedings, and representing clients in court to secure their rightful compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience, preferably focused on Personal Injury.
• Proven ability to provide sound Legal Advice and counsel to clients.
• Exceptional Research and strong analytical skills for case-building and legal preparation.
• Experience in settling claims or representing clients in court.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to advocate on behalf of clients.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois State Bar.
• Prior experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
