Role Description

This is a hybrid role (In Office/ Remote) for a Litigation Attorney based in Chicago, IL. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for developing legal strategies, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and preparing for and attending court proceedings, including arbitrations, trials and depositions. The attorney will work closely with clients, provide legal advice, and represent them in litigation cases. Collaborating with team members and supporting the preparation of legal documentation is also a key aspect of this role.

Salary Range: 100,000 to 150,000

Qualifications

• Expertise in law, with a focus on litigation and legal procedures
• Proficient in drafting and presenting motions
• Experience with court processes, including appearances and filings
• Skilled in conducting depositions and managing case discovery
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Illinois State Bar
