Attorney - Personal Injury

Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney Opportunity - Mid-Size Law Firm - St. Louis, MO (Clayton area) - HYBRID

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Base + Attorney Fees

Benefits:

• 70% coverage on medical. We pay for employee and family members.

• 401K plan and 3% yearly investment by the firm and generally 2% at the end of the year depending on firm success
• Quarterly bonuses for personal metrics
• Employees are eligible for 12 days of PTO, prorated from the first of the month following their start date. These days are available immediately and do not need to be accrued. Your PTO increases by two days up to 5 years where it is capped at 18 days.

Flex Schedule:

• Flex Friday – office closes at 4pm

Quarterly Fun Days:

• “We work hard so we can play hard” – early office closure on Fridays (4pm), fun outings like TopGolf or karaoke, team building, etc.
• Profit-sharing plan to directly benefit from the firm’s growth and achievements

Requirements

• Pre-Litigation experience
• 2+ years’ experience as an Attorney, ideally with Plaintiff PI experience but will take a look at similar backgrounds (general Civil Litigation, Defense PI, Insurance Defense, Mass Torts, etc.)
• Licensed and in good standing with MO State Bar, IL a plus
• Good job tenure
