Personal Assistant to CEO

A global entertainment company is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the CEO in its Midtown NYC office.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing entertainment organization producing and distributing high-caliber content. The New York office is a small, collaborative team (about 10 people), and this role will work closely with a team of assistants across multiple offices supporting a dynamic CEO with a fast-paced schedule.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career supporting senior leadership in the entertainment industry and thrives in a high-energy, no-ego environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, fast-moving CEO calendar
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (commercial and private aviation)
- Handle high-volume calls and communications
- Assist with both professional and personal tasks including appointments, errands, gifting, and family logistics
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners across offices in LA, Texas, NYC, and London
- Support general administrative and operational needs as priorities shift
- Provide occasional driving support for meetings, airports, productions, and events
Requirements
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
- Comfortable supporting both professional and personal needs for an executive and family
- Strong discretion and sound judgment
- Valid passport and willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license
Details
- Onsite 5 days/week – Midtown West
- Hours typically 9am–7pm with flexibility as needed
- $22–25/hour + overtime (flexible for exceptional candidates)
