About the Role
My client is seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Senior

drive engagement, and support business goals.
You will sit within the Global Communications organization and partner closely with global
organic social leadership, PR, brand marketing, IMC, influencer, media, and market teams to
bring our brand platform “It’s All in the Name” to life in social in a way that is video-first,
platform-native, and globally scalable.
What You’ll Do
Global Organic Social Strategy
Lead the global English organic social strategy for my company across priority channels
(e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads and emerging platforms).
Define clear channel roles and priorities, anchored in our brand platform, tone of voice,
and business objectives.
Build and own always-on content calendars for global English channels, coordinating
with regional teams to ensure consistency and paths for localization.
Champion a test-and-learn approach to formats, creative, and posting strategies that
improve performance over time.
Content, Campaigns and Franchises
Lead end-to-end development and execution of organic social campaigns for global
English channels, from brief and concepting through approvals, publishing, and
reporting.
Translate brand and product stories (rewards, price confidence tools, flexibility, etc.) into
social-first content franchises and episodic series that are recognizable and repeatable.
Integrate Bellboy and other distinctive brand assets into social content in ways that feel
native to each platform and culturally relevant.
Partner with PR, IMC, and Brand Marketing to activate organic social around tentpoles,
launches, promotions, cultural moments, and creator programs.
Oversee social-first content production, including briefing, scripting, asset development,
editing, and delivery for English channels.
Creator and Influencer Integration
Collaborate with influencer and creator partners to bring hotel-obsessed, UGC-coded
stories into global English organic channels.
Provide input on creator selection, briefs, and content formats to ensure creator output is
optimized for our channels and ladders up to the social strategy.
Ensure creator content aligns with brand, legal, and platform guidelines and can scale
from organic to paid when needed.
Analytics, Insights and Social Listening
Use platform analytics and reporting to track performance across global English channels
and franchises, translating data into clear insights and recommendations.
Define and report on key organic KPIs (reach, engagement, saves, shares, sentiment,
search performance, traffic, etc.), crafting narrative readouts and optimization plans.
Partner with research and social listening teams to surface audience insights, cultural
trends, and hotel storytelling opportunities that inform future content.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with peers across Communications, Brand, Media, CRM, Product, and
regional marketing to deliver integrated plans where organic social plays a clear and
defined role.
Partner with external creative and social agencies, ensuring they deliver on strategy,
brand, and performance expectations for global English content.
Help shape ways of working, briefing standards, and feedback loops between organic
social, paid social, and creator teams.
