Performance Marketing Coordinator

As our Performance Marketing Coordinator, you'll run the day-to-day execution of our paid marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for an ambitious marketer early in their career who already has hands-on paid ads experience and wants to continue building real expertise in performance marketing.

You'll be working directly in the platforms every day — building, launching, monitoring, optimising, and analysing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and wider team while taking ownership of campaign execution and the numbers behind it.


We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, is naturally curious, and is eager to learn. If your first instinct is to look at the data, understand what's driving results, and ask why something worked—not just what happened—you'll fit right in with how we think and work.

What you'll do:


Paid Performance Marketing

Run the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and future platforms.

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns end to end — including creative uploads and promotional rollouts
  • Run daily optimisations, manage audiences, and adjust spend based on performance
  • Analyze campaign and creative performance closely, using the data to identify growth opportunities
  • Track spend against budget and return
  • Manage catalogue uploads and platform hygiene
  • Manage paid performance reporting and analysis, and support expansion into new markets


Email, SMS & Loyalty

  • Plan, schedule, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns
  • Set up and run automated customer journeys, retention flows, and loyalty initiatives
  • Manage campaign calendars, audience segmentation, and account hygiene
  • Manage sign-up forms, pop-ups, and lead generation
  • Report on performance and find ways to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)


Affiliate & Partnerships

  • Manage day-to-day affiliate marketing through Rakuten
  • Review and onboard affiliate partners, and handle communications and partnership requests
  • Monitor affiliate performance and identify optimisation opportunities


Reporting & Performance

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting across all channels
  • Monitor campaigns against key metrics and turn the data into clear, actionable next steps
  • Keep reporting organised and consistent across campaigns, platforms, and regions


Who you are:

  • 1- 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google (or equivalent hands-on performance marketing experience).
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with campaign metrics, analysing performance, monitoring budgets, and evaluating return on ad spends.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to structure data and transform raw exports into clear, actionable insights.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, thriving in an environment where managing multiple campaigns and deadlines is the norm.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player, able to work effectively across teams while taking ownership of deliverables.
