Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on associate with 2+ years of experience managing paid media & acquisition. This role will begin as a 3-month contract engagement with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance. You will be directly responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Meta and Google while working closely with our creative team, and content creators to develop advertising that converts. This is not a managerial role. We're looking for an operator who enjoys being in the platforms daily, data-centric, testing new ideas, and driving measurable growth.


Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, MER, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Launch, test, and scale new campaigns, audiences, and creative concepts.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, UGC assets, copies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with creators and content partners to source and scale winning creative assets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging paid media opportunities.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize profitable growth.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience for consumer brand with strong DTC presence.
  • Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record scaling customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with performance metrics.
  • Strong copywriting instincts and understanding of consumer psychology.
  • Experience briefing and evaluating UGC and creative assets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in NYC or Los Angeles.


Compensation

  • $4,500 - $5,000 / month
