Our client, a well-established private pediatric practice with a strong community presence, is currently seeking a Pediatrician to join their team. This person will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in a collaborative outpatient setting, while supporting families and working closely with fellow providers and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting
- Perform well-child visits, sick visits, preventive care, and developmental assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Educate and support patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
- Participate in occasional after-hours coverage as part of the provider rotation
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable practicing in a collaborative outpatient pediatric setting
Compensation: Base salary anticipated in the $210,000–$235,000 range, plus bonus, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, PTO, health insurance, and 401(k).
