Ambassador Personnel is recruiting for a Payroll Operations Supervisor to lead payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce (7,000+ employees) with a well-established organization in Greenville, SC.
This role will supervise a payroll team, partner with ADP/Ceridian managed services, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations while supporting HR and Finance leadership.
What we're looking for:
✔ 5+ years of high-volume, multi-state payroll experience
✔ 3+ years supervising or leading a payroll team
✔ Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations & year-end processing
✔ Experience with ADP, Ceridian, or enterprise payroll systems preferred

📍 Hybrid schedule: Mon–Wed onsite | Thu–Fri remote
