Payroll Administrator - Boston, MA (Hybrid)


A very stable and well-established company in Boston is partnering with us to hire a Payroll Administrator to support end-to-end payroll operations across a multi-state workforce. This is a high-visibility role with strong collaboration across HR and Finance.

This Position will pay between 75-90K on a base salary, depending upon experience and fit, and is a hybrid 3/2 schedule.

What You’ll Do
  • Process payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) in UKG Pro
  • Audit timekeeping in UKG WFM (overtime, PTO, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy of wages, taxes, deductions, and garnishments
  • Handle off-cycle payroll, bonuses, and adjustments
  • Resolve timecard issues and support payroll compliance/reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • UKG Pro & WFM experience required
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and best practices
  • Multi-state payroll knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
