Payroll Process & Systems Lead

Location: Peachtree Corners, Georgia (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tue–Thu)

Duration: 3+ Months (Backfill)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Process & Systems Lead to manage and improve payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role will focus on payroll accuracy, system optimization, compliance, and process improvements while partnering closely with HR and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely processing
• Act as SME for payroll systems and HRIS platforms
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency
• Ensure compliance, controls, and risk mitigation
• Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies/root causes
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders across locations
• Support strategic initiatives and system enhancements

Requirements

• 7–10 years of payroll leadership experience
• Strong expertise in payroll systems and HRIS
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience managing U.S. & Canada payroll preferred
