Position Overview
The Payroll Analyst III will be responsible for the end‑to‑end processing of U.S. multi‑state payroll for approximately 3,000–5,000 employees using the ADP GlobalView (SAP) platform. This role partners closely with third‑party managed services providers and internal HR, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong technical payroll expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements (Must Haves)
- Hands‑on experience processing U.S. payroll using ADP GlobalView (SAP)
- 5+ years of U.S. payroll processing experience, including multi‑state payroll
- Experience overseeing outsourced payroll services, including gross‑to‑net calculations, taxes, garnishments, and employee payments
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax filings, regulatory compliance, and audit support
- Experience managing weekly payroll, month‑end close, and quarter‑/year‑end processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization

- Experience serving as a system or time administrator for ADP eTime
- Exposure to SuccessFactors HCM, payroll interfaces, and technical file feed structures
- Payroll system implementation or enhancement project experience
- Experience with reporting, complex payroll calculations, or tax amendments
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise payroll populations (3,000+ employees)
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Process and validate U.S. multi‑state payroll accurately and on time using ADP GlobalView
- Oversee third‑party managed payroll services to ensure accuracy of calculations, taxes, garnishments, and payments
- Serve as overall administrator for ADP eTime, including time and attendance troubleshooting
- Investigate, respond to, and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Research regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing payroll compliance
- Support month‑end close, audits, special payroll runs, and year‑end activities
- Produce payroll reporting and analysis, including complex calculations and historical data research
- Partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and technology teams to support payroll operations and continuous process improvement
