This job is ideal for a career IP Prosecution Paralegal.

1 day in office, 4 days remote - salary based on experience - up to 110k

Responsibilities

• 2-8 years of IP prosecution experience in a law firm leading both local and virtual teams with a deep understanding of Intellectual Property rules and regulations in jurisdictions worldwide
• Knowledge of current U.S. prosecution and worldwide patent laws and rules preferred.
• Knowledge of USPTO online sites and related websites, including PAIR, EFS and EPAS and related websites preferred.
• Detail oriented with a high level of motivation and initiative.
• Deep understanding of Intellectual Property rules and regulations.
• Experience with IP docketing systems.
• Knowledge of current U.S. prosecution and worldwide patent laws and rules.
• Familiarity with USPTO online sites and related websites.
