Title: Patent Litigation Attorney
Location: Orange County, CA (On-site)
Salary: $250k-$325k (Plus 40% Bonus)
Haraka Headhunters LLC is a legal search firm specializing in attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier boutique law firm with decades of intellectual property law practice experience and it is looking to expand its current team.
What We Are Looking For...
Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of patent litigation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or closely related field
- Registered and in good standing with the USPTO
- In-depth knowledge and experience with one or more of the following areas is a plus: Telecom, artificial intelligence, signal processing, misprocessing, microchips, VR, gaming, 5G/6G, or semiconductors
- Experience addressing at least one 101 rejection-based on Alice case is a plus!
Education Requirements:
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, or computer engineering/science
