Ethos Residential is seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time IT Support Technician to support our on-site office and property operations in State College, Pennsylvania. This is an in-person role supporting our local portfolio, office environment, and collaboration systems.

This position is ideal for someone local to State College who enjoys practical, on-site troubleshooting and supporting day-to-day technology needs in a growing organization.

Role Overview

This role provides on-site IT and systems support for our office, conference spaces, and team devices. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly across workstations, phones, meeting rooms, and Microsoft-based collaboration tools.


This is not a remote role. Interviews and work will be conducted in person at our State College locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common office IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity)
  • Support desktop and laptop setups, primarily Windows-based, including dual-monitor configurations
  • Provide limited support for Mac devices as needed
  • Assist with printer setup, troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi networks and office internet connections
  • Support VoIP phone systems, including Yealink phone setup and troubleshooting
  • Assist with conference room technology, including TVs, meeting cameras, and audio systems
  • Support iPhones and iPads used for operations and property management
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration at a practical level, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Help manage SharePoint and OneDrive access, permissions, and basic structure
  • Set up new devices and assist with employee onboarding and transitions
  • Provide hands-on, on-site support across the State College portfolio as issues arise
