Overview:
The Recorder / Committee Minutes Specialist supports Management Committees and the Risk Governance team by producing accurate, balanced, and audit-ready minutes and maintaining official historical records of committee deliberations and actions. Meetings are typically 2 hours for each of the 11 committees, with 4 meetings attended each week. This resource will be trained on the required recording and documentation standards and ensure action items and decisions are clearly documented and tracked through final approval, with relevant information for the Risk Committee, Auditors and Regulators.
