Paralegal

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented paralegal with litigation experience to support insurance defense and personal injury cases, including heavy trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Organize and summarize case documents (medical records, depositions)
• Conduct legal research
• Support trial preparation and case management
• Communicate with clients, experts, and counsel

Requirements:

• 1+ year litigation experience (state/federal)
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
