What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day work will include a mix of client interaction and case management:

  • Support Clients – Communicate with clients throughout the probate process, helping them understand next steps and gathering needed information
  • Prepare Legal Documents – Draft and organize probate-related paperwork for attorney review and court filing
  • Assist with Estate Administration – Help identify, value, and coordinate the transfer or disposition of assets
  • Manage Claims – Track and assist with creditor claims filed against estates
  • Help with Tax-Related Tasks – Support preparation of estate-related filings, working alongside attorneys and other professionals

Required Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology and systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • At least 2 years of experience in probate or estate planning

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with fiduciary or estate accounting
  • Experience assisting with federal estate tax filings (Form 706)
  • Florida Registered Paralegal designation
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
