Paralegal

Our client, a growing Newport Beach-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury and Employment Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing cases from intake through settlement or litigation, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury and employment matters
• Draft correspondence, discovery, and settlement demands
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Assist with deposition, trial prep, and filing court documents

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury and employment experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with California civil procedure and litigation timelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• MUST be bilingual

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18–$20/hr DOE
