We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury or bodily injury cases to support attorneys in all phases of litigation and pre-litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and settlement documents
Manage client intake, medical record collection, and lien resolution
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
Organize case files, maintain calendars, and track deadlines in case management software
Assist with deposition preparation, demand letters, and settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research and summarize medical records and expert reports
Qualifications:
Paralegal certificate or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of hands-on experience in personal injury or bodily injury law
Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, Filevine, or similar) and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Knowledge of insurance claims handling and bodily injury terminology preferred
