Litigation Paralegal

A growing plaintiff-side law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on active litigation matters while supporting clients throughout the life of their cases.
Responsibilities
• Manage cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, and organizing legal documents
• Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts
• Support attorneys with litigation preparation, discovery, and case development
• Communicate professionally with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Track and calendar court deadlines and litigation milestones
• Maintain organized and accurate case files in a paperless environment
Qualifications - CALIFORNIA LAW EXPERIENCE A MUST
• 2+ years of CA litigation experience
• Experience with plaintiff-side litigation/personal injury strongly preferred
• Strong case management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have with California civil procedure and discovery rules
• Experience with e-filing and California court systems
