Hiring: Senior Corporate Paralegal / Corporate Governance Professional 🚨
I'm partnering with a global organization to identify an experienced Corporate Paralegal, Senior Legal Analyst, or Corporate Governance professional for a hybrid opportunity in the Northern Columbus, Ohio area.
This is a highly visible role supporting a complex portfolio of U.S. and international legal entities, with responsibilities that include:
� Corporate governance and entity lifecycle management
� Board resolutions, officer appointments, and governance documentation
� Statutory compliance and corporate record maintenance
� Entity management systems and data governance
� Vendor and registered agent oversight
� Support for M&A, restructurings, audits, and corporate initiatives
� Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, and Compliance teams
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of corporate paralegal, entity management, or governance experience within a law firm or corporate legal department and be comfortable managing complex matters with a high degree of independence.
