Role Description

Budnik & Reed PLLC is seeking an experienced transactional Paralegal with strong real estate and corporate experience to support our growing transactional practice. This position will work closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate, corporate, financing, and general business matters.


Qualifications

  • Assist attorneys with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and general real estate matters
  • Prepare, organize, and manage transaction closing documents and closing binders
  • Coordinate transaction closings, signatures, and post-closing deliverables
  • Track and calendar critical transaction deadlines and obligations
  • Form business entities and prepare/file organizational documents with the Secretary of State
  • Prepare basic corporate governance documents, including consents, resolutions, and formation documents
  • Assist with preparation and revision of simple agreements and amendments
  • Conduct due diligence reviews, including organizational documents, title, survey, and corporate records


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of transactional paralegal experience
  • Experience supporting commercial real estate and corporate transactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
