Work Environment
The position is based in a small, clean job shop local to Indianapolis, focused on manufacturing and finishing metal parts. You will work primarily on 1st shift in and around a wash bay and paint booth, using spray guns, paint sprayers, and related industrial painting equipment. The facility maintains an orderly and professional production floor, with processes designed to support safe handling of paints, coatings, and parts throughout the finishing process. Dress is typical for a hands-on industrial role, with appropriate workwear and personal protective equipment required when operating spray equipment, working in the wash bay, or handling painted parts.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
