This role supports industrial painting operations by preparing surfaces, assisting with coating applications, and performing general labor in a busy shop environment. You will work on the 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., using hand tools and industrial equipment to ensure surfaces are properly cleaned, sanded, and ready for high-quality paint and coating application.

Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial shop environment on the 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will work around industrial painting and surface preparation operations, including sanding, grinding, and spray application. The shop may be warm, especially during summer, and the work is physically demanding, involving frequent lifting of 50–75 pounds, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive motions. You will regularly use hand tools, industrial grinders, spray equipment, hoses, and abrasive blasting tools. Appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment are required to ensure safety while working with paints, coatings, and industrial machinery.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
