Comp: $50K to $60K base + uncapped commission (OTE $80K-$100K Year 1)
Territory: NJ, PA, DE (with access to NY & MD markets)
The Opportunity
This is a true hunter role for someone who wants to build something of their own.
You’ll spend most of your time in the field developing new commercial and multifamily accounts across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Our client is a leader in the cleaning and sanitizing of multifamily locations with their patented process. In addition, they are experts in cleaning artificial turf within the multifamily space. You’ll meet decision-makers face-to-face—property managers, maintenance supervisors, and facility directors—and build a book of business from the ground up.
