As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Meet with homeowners who are already looking for solutions. No cold calling or door knocking.
- Lead in-home consultations and recommend the best solutions for each customer.
- Build trust through clear communication and an educational, customer-focused experience.
- Close sales that make a real difference for homeowners.
- Receive paid training and enjoy unlimited earning potential in a 100% commission role. Top performers earn $135K–$190K+ annually.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Organized, dependable, and adaptable.
- Passionate about helping homeowners and delivering great service.
- Able to travel to Hudson, NH for training. A company vehicle is provided after training.
