Base: $80,000 to $100,000 + Commission

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop customized financial plans
• Provide expert advice on investments, retirement, tax planning, and insurance
• Monitor financial plans and adjust strategies as client needs evolve
• Stay current on market trends, products, and regulatory changes
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and value

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of client retention and satisfaction
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and simply
