Job Title: Outpatient Adolescent Therapist
Location: Phoenix and Glendale, Arizona (Coverage Across Two Outpatient Locations)
Hours & Schedule: Full-Time; Regular Business Hours
Salary / Hourly Rate: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
Work Environment: Outpatient Behavioral Health Setting (Adolescent-Focused)
Travel Required: Local travel between Glendale and Phoenix outpatient locations as needed

ry:An established behavioral health program serving the Glendale and Phoenix communities is seeking an Adolescent Therapist to join its clinical team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide impactful therapeutic services to adolescents facing complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirem
- ents:Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health
- fieldActive Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) pref
