Licensed Therapist – Child & Adolescent Mental Health
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join a collaborative behavioral health team providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, and families. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about evidence-based treatment, family engagement, and helping youth navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges in a supportive outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy services to children and adolescents up to age 18
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Utilize measurement-based care tools to monitor treatment progress and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams on case consultation and coordinated treatment planning
- Participate in ongoing training, peer collaboration, and professional development opportunities
- Support community outreach and engagement initiatives
- Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to early-career clinicians when appropriate
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted New York clinical license required (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D, or equivalent)
- Experience providing pediatric or adolescent therapy services required
- Strong Parent Management Training (PMT) experience required, including the ability to educate and guide caregivers through behavioral interventions and family-based strategies
- Experience working with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges
- Successful completion of a relevant national licensing examination
- Interest in working closely with youth and families strongly preferred
- Experience with exposure-based interventions and caregiver-focused treatment approaches is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing both in-person and telehealth therapy services
- Prior supervision or mentorship experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible scheduling options: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 35-hour work week
